Welcome to Pouncely. By visiting our store or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our store

This online store is operated by Pouncely and hosted on Shopify. We may update the store, these terms, our products and prices at any time.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Pouncely toys are designed for supervised play with cats and small dogs. They are not chew toys: remove the toy if it becomes damaged, and keep it away from water and heat. Charge only with a standard USB charger.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in US dollars. Promotions such as "Buy 1, get 1 free" and multi-pack discounts apply as described on the product page and in your cart at checkout, and may change or end at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 30-day happy-pet guarantee, are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Pouncely or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pouncely is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Pouncely is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your state or country of residence.
